Sauras Designs is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit but you need to contact our customer service within 5 business days of receipt. If so please send an email with your order number and complete name in the body of the message to info@saurasdesigns.com and we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item at our expense and send you a replacement.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange for merchandise of equal value only. Please message us through the Contact page or email us at info@saurasdesigns.com prior to returning any items. For custom made orders and products we are not able to offer returns.
You have 10 business days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If the goods are lost or damaged when returning the product, the customer is liable. For returns, shipping must be paid by the customer.
REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item. We do not refund shipping charges and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When making a return, please include a copy of the original invoice along with the Return Authorization Number which you will be provided. CANCELLATION
Cancellation after an order has been dispatched will not be accepted.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Sauras Designs by email and this email has been acknowledged by Sauras Designs.
Sauras Designs reserves the right to cancel any order and will notify and offer the customer a replacement of any equivalent products where possible.
If the customer has not received or picked up the package and it is returned to Sauras Designs, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred from shipping and handling your order.
We are not responsible for the following
- Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
- Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or the customer’s agent.
- Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.
- Changes in the appearance of the hand applied finishes or un-lacquered, natural finishes. These are meant to age in appearance.
- Restoration or repair work.
DAMAGES
Damages must be documented and reported within 5 business days of receipt. Sauras Designs is not responsible for repair or replacement of damages reported after this time. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
